Custom Logo and Showit Customization for Sarah Nguyen Photography
Sarah asked me for a new logo and website since her photography business was about to take a new direction.
Earlier, she had DIYed everything but felt that she now needed help as she wanted to attract a more high-end market with her new all-included service. It is crucial for her that her branding will help her reflect the high quality and sophistication of her photography services.
The process of creating a Custom Logo
When we started this project, I sent over a questionnaire, and one of the questions was if there is some specific thing or symbol that should be included in the logo.
Sarah answered that maybe she wanted to have a butterfly as it meant something personally to her.
Later during our planning call, she told me the story about the butterfly, including her grandpa. It ended up with both of us getting all teary as I shared a similar story but for my grandma.
After that, there were no hesitations about whether the butterfly should be included or not.
A logo should be personal and meaningful
When there is a possibility to add something personal to a logo, it should be added. It makes it unique and more valuable for the person it’s made for.
It might not be evident for clients or other people looking at it, but when you, as the person it’s made for, have a logo that you feel proud and feel deeply for, it makes magic for the mental state. Something so important for a business owner, especially if you are in a place where you want to expand your business.
You need all support you can get, and the support hidden in well-designed branding should not be underestimated.

She customized the Michelle Showit template
Sarah decided she wanted to customize my Michelle Showit Website Template herself while I worked on the logos.
We kept all the brand aesthetics built-in with the template (because it’s so gorgeous 😉). And together with the logos, she is now set to start attracting clients for her new premium services.
